this is a minor inconvenience but: when you're installing or updating, you cannot start from where you stopped if there is the config.ini file in the folder

update: i deleted the `AudioAssets` folder and now the GUI is able to update the game to 3.8, but the updater script in this repo still doesn't work by itself
