#4 Anonymous polls

I'm not sure how to best implement this. I can easily make a formspec that allows a predefined number of options, but I don't know of any way to make it possible to add or remove options, meaning people would always have to pick whatever number of possible options as I coded.

Uhhh, not sure how I can keep a person from voting multiple times though. I had thought of using coins to vote, but a single person could just drop hundreds of coins in the option they wanted to vote for.

use chat-interface voting? Make a voting machine that is at spawn that checks if player has already voted and only allows player to vote on issue if they haven't?
