README.txt

A Minetest player looked at a very early version of my Minestats mod
and wanted me to add stats for the number of kills a player has made
and which players they'd killed. The concept didn't at all fit with
what Minestats was meant for, but I saw it as a possibility for a
second, unrelated mod. This is that mod. Much of the menu-building code
was in fact a mere copy and paste from said early version of Minestats,
as at the time, while the mods differed significantly as to intent,
they weren't actually all that different in terms of their need for
dynamic, pageable menus.

This mod tracks the number of times each player kills each other
player, and adds a couple stats menus to the player inventory menu. One
page tracks your own number of kills of and deaths by each other
player. The other page acts as a global leader board for total kill
counts.

Please keep in mind that from the beginning, this mod was known to not
be completable by me alone. I don't have the strong hardware needed to
keep two Minetest clients open simultaneously, so I can't really test
this mod. Unfortunately, even the requester of the features this mod
provides never did any testing (or at least never reported back about
any test results), so this mod has all but been abandoned. If you find
any bugs, feel free to report them and I'll do my best to fix them, but
also be aware that this software is permanently in an alpha state and
will never reach a release state. Use at your own risk!

PAGE OF THE PROJECT. LOOK AT THE RAW VERSION OF THE FILE TO SEE IT.)
