[semifree] contains nonfree decompression engine for RAR archives and support for nonfree addons

Support for nonfree RAR is not included in Void's template (this is specific to Arch). However, support for nonfree addons exist.

Patches

libre.patch has been taken from Parabola. The patch helps to Use addons.xml from Parabola server (without nonfree addons support).

No accompanying libre.patch.args was created because patch_args="-Np1" is already set on template.
