In installTree(), create relative part of destination directory if it does not exist yet: although scanTree() will always yield the directory before its contents, path sequences from other sources might have a different order or might omit the directories completely. This fixes "make dist". Also implemented installDirs() more efficiently by starting with the full path and only moving up a level if the directory does not exist yet.
