#11 The lib.reviews mirror drills down to the dumps

Instead of just grabbing the dumps sudir, the process grabs almost everything. Most notably, this makes finding the dumps very difficult. I'll have to go back and change it later.

The website uses root-relative links. So I added --no-parent to the args. Updated the cron to run again within the next ten minutes. Will check back...
