This is an awesome idea for a new protocol, VPNcat or VPN-over-cats.

Maybe we can put everything (the encrypted traffic) in silly cat photos as stegs that we "download" or "upload" to sites. So then everything looks like it's an unencrypted request/response.

This addresses issue #1 to add vpncats. Also, alphabetized the prelim project ideas.
