about rspm

• rspm is a package manager command wrapper.
• rspm is not an actual package manager itself.
• rspm may be useful where package management commands traverse different distributions / package managers, like in some instances of scripting.
• rspm was initially created as part of witchcraft, but now intends to be stand-alone
• rspm is still barely even a proof of concept (please inform #witchlinux on irc.freenode.irc if you have used/deployed rspm)
• rspm was still somewhere between vaporware and proof of concept at time of writing.
