Big update to the rankings update script: it now uses the official MapleLegends web API endpoint, instead of shitty webscraping, and also it’s written in Rust now instead of Python. Furthermore, there is no longer a need to include guild information at all within `chars.json`, and thus nothing like the old crappy `guild_check.py`. Even furthermore, the rankings now breaks ties based on EXP percentage, just like the official ML rankings do.
