iridium-rpm package for Void Linux

This package provides Iridium Browser, the Free Software version and privacy-aware take on Chromium. This package merely takes the .rpm (RHEL) release version from the authors, extracts and installs the files as is. Plus, ensures the dependencies are there.

This is better than iridium-deb because the Debian releases have not been updated for a long time.

The template file is prepared for use with xbps-src in Void Linux.

Installation

sudo xbps-install xtools
git clone https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages
cd void-packages
./xbps-src binary-bootstrap
# Do the above once if not done already.
# Copy this `iridium-rpm` folder under `srcpkgs` folder, then...
./xbps-src pkg iridium-rpm
xi iridium-rpm
