[technical] Arch version was not built from source
Patches
Both jmol-build.patch and jmol-dontsign.patch has been taken from Parabola. They do not work with XBPS on latest codebase, so had to reproduce them manually.
TODO: WIll have to create dependency packages for xbps before this can be built from source. Some of them are:

- java-qdox
- java-jarjar
- jmock
- java-hamcrest
- junit
- java-commons-cli
- java-naga
- saxon6
