The libre.patch is collected from: https://git.parabola.nu/abslibre.git/tree/libre/epiphany/libre.patch
libre.patch.args has -Np1 as content so that no edit on template file was needed.
Dependencies
Comparing Arch package to Parabola, dependency of icu was removed as well. icu was not there on Void package at all, so there was no need to remove it.
