#80 Combined UTF-8/unicode positon bugs

When editing on a line that contains combined UTF-8/unicode characters there is an empty void space that is approximately the same size as the number of combined UTF-8 bytes on that line that extends past the true end of line. This makes it very confusing to edit on those lines. See the images for an example. I have the region selected to show that it's a point issue not a rendering issue.
