Module Online: added ability to show ONU signals and WiFi CPE signals. This can be controlled by two separate non-mandatory alter.ini options. Module Userprofile: added ability to show additional ONU info like for WiFi CPEs. This can be controlled by a non-mandatory alter.ini option. alter.ini: new non-mandatory option: ONLINE_HIDE_PICT_TITLES to hide text labels for imges in Online table, like "Yes", "No", "Freezed" and so on two new non-mandatory options: ONLINE_SHOW_ONU_SIGNALS and ONLINE_SHOW_WIFI_SIGNALS to control the visibility of the related columns in Online table new non-mandatory option: USERPROFILE_ONU_INFO_SHOW to control additional ONU info visibility in Userprofile

New module SWITCH GROUPS implemented. Controlled by SWITCH_GROUPS_ENABLED alter.ini non mandatory option. MTSIGMON module now can respect the switch groups and show CPE linked to APs in tabs linked to a certain group. This feature is controlled by a non mandatory option SIGMON_GROUP_AP_BY_SWITCHGROUP_WITH_TABS. Minor fixes to PONIZER and WCPE.

MTSIGMON update: now shows RX/TX signal values if they exist on a polled device. RX stands for signal level with which the AP sees the Client and TX stands for a signal level with which the Client sees AP.
