Printreceipt module: added ability to make receipt pay sum same as current subscriber's balance, if the balance is < 0 for profile receipt form Online module: added ability to show user notes under real name. Controlled by non mandatory alter.ini option ONLINE_SHOW_USERNOTES.

New module for printing receipts for Internet and UKV users. New alter.ini option PRINT_RECEIPTS_MODULE_ENABLED to enable/disable the receipts printing module. New template examples for receipts(QR-codes may be used if necessary). Some new macro options added for this template. New JS library for in-document(without producing any excess files) QR-codes generating added. Added all necessary translations and icon files. Implementation of receipts printing have been moved to a separate class file to make it look more logical and to not overload the controller part. Added print receipt button for internet and ukv user profiles.
