  22. <p>If you have a project that depends on Kawa or one of its component
  23. packages, you might do well to get paid priority support from
  24. Kawa’s author.
  25. </p>
  26. <p>The base price is $2400 for one year. This entitles you to basic
  27. support by email or phone. Per <code class="email">&lt;<a class="email" href="mailto:per@bothner.com">per@bothner.com</a>&gt;</code> will answer techical
  28. questions about Kawa or its implementation, investigate bug reports, and
  29. suggest work-arounds. I may (at my discretion) provide fixes and
  30. enhancements (patches) for simple problems. Response for support
  31. requests received during the day (California time) will normally be
  32. within a few hours.
  33. </p>
  34. <p>All support requests must come through a single designated contact
  35. person. If Kawa is important to your business, you probably
  36. want at least two contact people, doubling the price.
  37. </p>
  38. <p>If the support contract is cancelled (by either party), remaining
  39. time will be prorated and refunded.
  40. </p>
  41. <p>Per is also available for development projects.
