WHEREAS there is a limit of 100 repositories per user.

WHEREAS there are outstanding issues requiring work to make Notabug itself better for everyone

HERE BE IT RESOLVED THAT in order to get gogs up and running on Debian GNU/Linux, development be undertaken, here, on gogs and its dependencies (all the way up the stack).

Though this is circumventing a limit of 100 repositories the underlying reason is a limited, short term (until other gogs servers can be made available through the work of this account) and such circumvention is only that which is beneficial to notabug itself.
