  1. IBM's Journaled File System (JFS) for Linux
  2. JFS Homepage: http://jfs.sourceforge.net/
  3. The following mount options are supported:
  4. iocharset=name Character set to use for converting from Unicode to
  5. ASCII. The default is to do no conversion. Use
  6. iocharset=utf8 for UTF-8 translations. This requires
  7. CONFIG_NLS_UTF8 to be set in the kernel .config file.
  8. iocharset=none specifies the default behavior explicitly.
  9. resize=value Resize the volume to <value> blocks. JFS only supports
  10. growing a volume, not shrinking it. This option is only
  11. valid during a remount, when the volume is mounted
  12. read-write. The resize keyword with no value will grow
  13. the volume to the full size of the partition.
  14. nointegrity Do not write to the journal. The primary use of this option
  15. is to allow for higher performance when restoring a volume
  16. from backup media. The integrity of the volume is not
  17. guaranteed if the system abnormally abends.
  18. integrity Default. Commit metadata changes to the journal. Use this
  19. option to remount a volume where the nointegrity option was
  20. previously specified in order to restore normal behavior.
  21. errors=continue Keep going on a filesystem error.
  22. errors=remount-ro Default. Remount the filesystem read-only on an error.
  23. errors=panic Panic and halt the machine if an error occurs.
  24. uid=value Override on-disk uid with specified value
  25. gid=value Override on-disk gid with specified value
  26. umask=value Override on-disk umask with specified octal value. For
  27. directories, the execute bit will be set if the corresponding
  28. read bit is set.
