#48 "Skip to sidebar" tab-shortcut shouldn't show if sidebar is hidden

There is no content yet.
I.e, if the screen is pretty thin.
This isn't exactly a bug, but since pressing it just skips to the content area (it's immediately after the hidden sidebar), it should be hidden!
