When the bot disconnects people don't know why - is it the network, or a bug, or an attack, or maintenance downtime, or just me playing with it?
If would be nice to have an easy way for me to make the bot send a message to specific channels where people care about it and use the bot (for example #freepost and #snowdrift) just before planned disconnection.
