Thank you for your honest answer. I haven't yet got a response from the info team, but to be honest I also doubt that they would have the GPL source code. Can you please forward me on to someone from your legal team? I realise that copyright is a difficult issue, and consequentially I understand that the support and info teams are not in a position to be making decisions about it.

You're missing the point. You have a legal obligation to do so. u-boot is licensed under the GPL.

You have already made me wait over seven months to get the code which I am legally entitled to, and still nothing.

Please email me within 48 hours, with a date by which I will receive the source code. If I do not get an email, or if the email does not contain a reasonable date by which I shall receive the GPL-licensed source code to u-boot, I will have no other choice but to contact the media.
