#4 Can't ctrl+C to stop things

`make deploy` and `make pulldb` can't be stopped with ctrl+C now. I'm pretty sure it's because I removed the `-t` flag when starting the relevant containers, but when they're there it doesn't show any output for `mysqldump`. Need to learn more about the `-i` and `-t` flags then modify the commands accordingly.
