Loaded and resaved all levels without changes in bonus1 and bonus2 as well to get rid of resorting in future changes (would make diffs/patches larger and harder to read)

Opened and resaved all old bonus levels to fix problems with tilemaps on one line and other old ways of indent/format of level files (as decided after discussion on IRC). Hope nothings breaks by this.

Cleaned up dark snow in several bonus1 levels (no bonus1 levels left to fix that in). Also fixed edge of some normal snow in data/levels/bonus1/thompson-level1.stl and data/levels/bonus1/thompson-level2.stl
