Textures are generated on first use instead in the constructor to make sure there is an active gl context. This fixes some runtime warnings and crashes with some drivers (especially mesa)

Fixed trailing whitespaces in all(?) source files of the supertux editor, also fixed svn:keywords on some the source files; added "$" to a comment in the start of the files where that was missing.
