#13 Very slow downloads

In the last few weeks I noticed that downloading using avideo became terribly slow (a few KB/s). Especially noticeable when a message like this shows up: WARNING: Requested formats are incompatible for merge and will be merged into mkv. Try for example this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZEZaXIPVbJA For comparison downloading the same video using `youtube-viewer -d <url>` is very fast (https://github.com/trizen/youtube-viewer) and utilizes the full capacity of the network conneciton.
