nightman is a theme for your browser to make it less glare ridden at night.
oops, sry, some bright bits remain.
i dont see them all with my other addons n brower customisations.
so if you want (me) to get rid of a stray bright bit on some site
please advise me (Digit) either/both:
in #witchlinux (or wherever else you see him) on irc.freenode.net irc.libera.chat
and/or
here on Digit/nightman#4
... because i might be hiding from the light with curtains drawn and a towel over my head.
so what does it look like? here, at time of commit, on notabug.org's recent update, it looks like this:
... and kinda the same everywhere else. you'll have to try it to see how "kinda".
you'll most likely want to use stylish.
with stylish addon installed, I typically (in firefox):
-click the stylish icon in toolbar and click manage styles (or go to about:addons, and click the stylish side tab)
-write new style
-paste in nightman.css contents n save
-enable
there are likely better ways to do this. that's just how i roll. ^_^
stylish got sold out to a data mining company n converted to spyware (and utterly screwed up its interface and capabilities) a while back. dont use it.
i jam my css direct into firefox now. others use stylus addon. other methods are available. do explore.
I'll add these later. Browsers like uzbl etc., though you're probably smart enough to figure that out yourself. ;)
scribbled out the stylish recommendations. sorry that got left up in nightman's readme so long while it had become spyware and i was on hiatus from tending to my geekings.
